The song “Timshel” by Mumford and Sons inspires me to work hard and seek out new experiences. When I listen to it, I am reminded of the people in my life who will always have my back, so I have nothing to fear even if I fail. It also makes me notice and appreciate the humanity in others–that is, it stops me from being self-absorbed and allows me to notice the beauty in the world around me.
